Bianca Bozzone

Bianca is a strategy and transformation executive who advises CEOs and senior leaders on strategy, organisational design, and leadership effectiveness — helping organisations translate strategic intent into measurable results. Her background spans management consulting, venture investment, and enterprise building. Previously at McKinsey & Company and Yellowwoods Venture Investments and Investec, she brings deep expertise in strategy development, investment decision-making, and long-term value creation. Her client work spans a range of high-stakes mandates: helping a clean-energy venture become investor-ready; guiding a complex family business succession and enabling an AI-health organization to scale.

She holds a B.Bus Science Hons and an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Master's in Sustainability Transition from Bologna Business School. She lives in Johannesburg, South Africa with her husband and four children.
