Johanna Pregmark

Johanna has worked as a management consultant for 15 years, focusing on organizational transformation and strategy.  Johanna believes that the best ideas and the power to execute and create outstanding performance do not solely come from the top management team and has formed her practice to continuously support leaders to unlock the capability, creativity and commitment of the management team, middle managers and all employees.

Johanna joined TruePoint in 2015.  She is also pursuing a PhD at Chalmers University, focusing on strategic renewal and transformation.

Past Experience

At Preera – a Swedish management consultancy - Johanna was a partner and head of the “Organizational Transformation” practice along with her role as consultant. She also helped build an international alliance of 300 consultants- The Transformation Alliance - together with a French, a German and an Italian firm.

In her time at Preera, Johanna helped build the firm from a small creative group to an established firm with 50 employees and a ranking among top 10 consultancy firms in Sweden.  In addition to her management consultant experience Johanna also has experience in the advertising industry. During the years 2008-2011, she worked as CEO of the advertising agency Frank & Earnest.

Personal

Johanna lives in Gothenburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys good food and good wine, preferably with good friends. She also enjoys running, skiing and playing golf.
