Sean Quigley

Sean has 30 years of experience as a consultant and line manager working on building effective organisations, developing strategy and managing organizational change in both Europe and US. He’s worked both in and with organizations, giving him an appreciation of the relentless challenges of being a business leader as well as the pattern recognition that comes from seeing many organizations in different settings. Sean is particularly interested in practices that deliver on the promise of bringing purpose, performance and people together in an organization. He brings a business as well as organizational perspective to all his work.

Prior to TruePoint, Sean was with McKinsey & Company in London for 10 years, becoming a Senior Specialist in Organization and Capability Building.  After McKinsey, he held senior roles as Commercial Director for Diageo Ireland, Director of HR, Strategy and Technology at United Drug plc, and Executive Chairman of Medco Health Solutions [UK]. He returned to consulting 10 years ago, working with TruePoint clients in Europe and US.  He has a Bachelor of Engineering from University College Cork, Ireland and an M.B.A. from London Business School.

Sean is married with one son.  He is a keen sports fan and still attempts to play soccer.
