Anders has, for the past 25 years, devoted his career to building high performance organizations in his roles as manager as well as consultant. Anders’ focus has been on helping leaders build sustainable and learning organizations for the future while at the same time delivering results in the present. His areas of expertise include strategic transformation, turn-around management, high-performance management and leadership alignment. Anders has worked with world leading companies as well as smaller organizations in both un-stable and stable environments, providing him with a deep understanding of the differences in complexity and dynamics operating in various contexts.

Past Experience

Anders has served in executive and managerial positions in leading international and Swedish companies. In addition, he has spent half of his career in consulting. Most recently he was SVP Corporate Change at SJ AB and was responsible for a major turnaround and transformation effort when the Swedish government wanted to create a fully commercial company out of this of old public transportation utility. In this role he was also responsible for strategy development and corporate staff units (HR, IT, Sourcing, Quality, OD) and served as chairman of its IT subsidiary. Prior to this, Anders worked in Connecta/Adcore a leading Swedish IT and Management consultancy. Among other roles he served as SVP Head of Management Division and Managing Director of Adcore Corporate Advisors. During the dot.com crash, Anders was responsible for the turnaround and re-alignment of the Management Division. Anders consulting focus has been on strategy execution, transformation, management systems and building high performing organizations and teams.

Anders’ earlier experience includes GE and ABB. In GE, Anders served as Director of Quality in GE Capital Bank leading the Six Sigma change initiative while at ABB he was Manager of Business Development, Proposal Manager and Project Manager in different ABB units. As project manager he was responsible for the delivery of a major industrial transportation project to the US. More recently, Anders has also founded a small software company aimed at helping leaders making sense of a complex world by using simulation.

Personal

Anders lives with his wife and three children on an island outside Stockholm. He cherishes spending time with his family, pursuing music and other cultural activities, as well as skiing and outdoor activities. He is driven by curiosity and is a vivid learner, eagerly studying topics ranging from philosophy to science.
