Our People

Randi Feinberg

Randi has 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant in public education and for-profit sectors. Randi currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership (CHL), a TruePoint affiliated non-profit organization. CHL’s mission is to connect and support a growing global community of leaders who are driven by a sense of purpose that goes beyond just making their quarterly numbers. Prior to joining CHL Randi was a Manager at Education Resource Strategies (ERS), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping urban school systems organize people, time, and money to create great schools at scale.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Randi oversees the operations of CHL and helps build the infrastructure and processes that will enable the Center to successfully grow. She manages all the programs, contributes to CHL strategy and priority setting and oversees the administrative and financial functions. Randi is honored to work with an organization that truly embodies the ‘higher ambition’ mindset and hopes she can help foster that philosophy as the organization progresses.

Past Experience

Prior to joining CHL, Randi was a consultant at Education Resource Strategies (ERS), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping urban school systems organize people, time, and money to create great schools at scale.  In her most recent role at ERS Randi focused on outreach - sharing insights from ERS’ deep consulting work with organizations and individuals interested in education strategy, including current and aspiring district leaders, state leaders, reform organizations and others through workshops and customized programming. Randi also led ERS’ internal knowledge management effort to continuously improve the sharing of information within the organization. Prior to working at ERS, Randi was a consultant independently and also with the firms Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Bain & Company.
