Malcolm is keenly interested in helping leaders make great strategic decisions and working with leadership teams to unlock the power of the organization to make it happen.
Malcolm served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent nine years and served clients on a broad range of issues, including strategic change, organization and performance improvement. He also built and led McKinsey’s IT practice in the U.K. Earlier, Malcolm was a Partner with KPMG, where he built and led a practice advising clients on M&A deals in the telecom, media and technology sectors. He spent his early career advising clients on IT strategy and technology-enabled business change, and as a scientist.
Malcolm is married with two grown sons and has a wide range of cultural and spiritual interests. He loves the English seaside, travel to warm places, and learning from people on less-traveled paths. Malcolm is a mentor to disadvantaged young people for The Prince’s Trust.
