Lynne Weedall

Over the past 25 years Lynne has held executive leadership positions and non-executive board level appointments specialising in enabling organisations, teams and individuals to navigate the dynamics of complex change.

She has practical experience of leading significant business transformation at board level including the integration of Dixons Carphone one of Europe’s largest retail mergers, the £770m acquisition of Spirit creating the UKs leading managed pub company, advisor to the Weston family on Selfridges Group business and people strategy and leading the family generational succession and transition plan.

She partners with senior leaders to unlock lasting sustainable change by discerning between short term fads and value adding initiatives, diagnosing and addressing root causes not symptoms. Drawing on a wide variety of models, techniques and insights into the forces at play – all underpinned by a deep understanding of how to make stuff happen.

Known for her big picture thinking, commercialism, pragmatism, humour and an unerring ability to get to the heart of an issue quickly and effectively.

Lynne can work across multiple layers in the system to build alignment i.e.

Individuals: Coach, mentor and advise the Chair, CEO and executive leaders on how to personally be effective whilst leading change.

Leadership Team: Work with boards and top teams to facilitate honest conversations that enable everyone to get clear, align and personally commit to the strategy and the shift required to get there.

Organisations: Create organisation wide interventions that inspire and act as a catalyst for change including Masterclasses, Keynote speaking, large group facilitation, workshops and conferences and company wide employee conversation and involvement.
