Karen Barth is an accomplished consultant, a skilled strategist and an advisor to senior executives. She has decades of experience consulting to senior leaders in industry and the social sector. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-sized growth companies, governments, institutions of higher education, foundations, and not-for-profits, in the United States, Europe and Israel. She uses tools from the cognitive sciences to help organizations develop strategies built on a deep understanding of their customers, employees and other stakeholders. She also works with leaders and their teams on the leadership and organizational development needed for successful strategy implementation.
Karen spent 10 years at the consulting firm, McKinsey and Company. She has a MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics with honors from Brandeis University. She earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute studying with former Harvard professor, Tal Ben Shahar.
Karen is married with two children. She has a black belt in karate and enjoys travel, reading, and community service.
