Dave has advised and coached executives in the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Technology since the 1990’s, including a stint as senior director of change and organizational effectiveness at Becton Dickinson – a leader in the Medical Devices world. He has a strong background in organizational psychology and interpretive organizational theory bringing clients a broad systems perspective.
Michael has 11 years of experience as a management consultant, focused on strategy alignment, senior executive development, and transformation. Prior to joining TruePoint, Michael was an internal consultant with EMC, McKinsey, and Accenture Talent and Organization.
Mike’s 40-year career has been dedicated to understanding and improving the way businesses enhance performance while building capability and commitment. He is a renowned expert and prolific author on management, organizational design, strategic human resources, organizational psychology and organizational development issues. Mike is co-founder and chairman of TruePoint and Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School.
Lynne’s 30 year career is defined by numerous executive leadership roles in high tech organizations, most notably Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Tektronix and Danaher. She is known for her ability to deliverstrong business results and successfully lead large scale organization change. Lynne is also a certified executive coach.
Michael is a Director at TruePoint, where assists CEOs, business unit leaders and their top teams to accelerate strategy implementation and business results. He combines partner-level experience at a Top 5 general management consulting firm with C-level and board experience growing private equity and venture-backed companies in life sciences, technology and transportation/logistics.
For nearly three decades Russ has partnered with senior leaders to achieve breakthroughs in large-scale organizational change. A former Harvard Business School professor and senior organizational fellow at McKinsey & Company, Russ has written extensively for Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly and other publications. He is co-founder and president of TruePoint and co-author of the award-winning book Higher Ambition.
For the last 25 years, Anders has helped leaders build value in challenging environments. Anders truly enjoys helping leaders who have the courage to question the status quo and are committed to enabling people and organizations perform their best. His areas of expertise include strategic transformation, turn-around management, high-performance management and leadership alignment. Anders’ prior experience includes leadership roles at GE and ABB.
Randi has 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant in public education and for-profit sectors. Randi currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership (CHL), a TruePoint affiliated non-profit organization. CHL’s mission is to connect and support a growing global community of leaders who are driven by a sense of purpose that goes beyond just making their quarterly numbers.
Magnus helps companies structure honest conversations throughout the organization, identify barriers to improvement and build capabilities for adapting to changing conditions. Prior to joining TruePoint, Magnus served as CEO of the Swedish management consulting firm Consultus and its sister organization Consultus Management Institute. Earlier, Magnus spent seven years at global telecommunications giant Ericsson leading critical business development and operational endeavors.
Nathaniel has focused on the linkage between strategy and organization in creating high-performing enterprises for more than 25 years. Prior to joining TruePoint as co-founder and managing director, Nathaniel spent nearly two decades with McKinsey & Company in roles that included leader of the organization design practice, director of knowledge and practice development, and leader of the European organization practice.
Since the late 1990s, Tobias has researched and consulted in a vast array of industries. His research focus is on strategic change and the management of innovation, and he leads an international network on innovation research. Tobias is also on the faculty of the Chalmers University and a research fellow at the Technische Universität München.
Björn brings nearly 20 years of experience in helping organizations improve performance. Prior to joining TruePoint, Björn served as CEO for two of Sweden’s leading management consulting firms, and managed business development for a $700 million logistics company as well as for top IT and real estate firms.
Jamie partners with leaders and teams to enhance strategic alignment, build leadership capabilities, encourage honest conversations and deliver sustainable performance. Prior to joining TruePoint, he worked for Accenture Development Partnerships in East Africa and South America to catalyze financial inclusion and entrepreneurship. He also serves as a Senior Faculty member for the National Outdoor Leadership School.
Jasmine has dedicated her career to driving innovation to achieve improved social and health outcomes, and advance equity and impact for vulnerable and marginalized populations. At the TruePoint Center, Jasmine collaborates with clients to scale impact of early childhood innovations.
Kathy has 20 years of experience improving performance and leading change, in corporate roles and as a consultant. At TruePoint, Kathy works with leadership teams to enhance strategic alignment, organization and leadership effectiveness, and execution. Prior to joining TruePoint, she served as director of strategic initiatives at Timberland and as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
Julian specializes in partnering with CEOs, executives and boards to transform performance through strategic alignment, leadership effectiveness and organizational change. In the past 25 years, Julian has served clients across the US, Asia and Europe. His experience encompasses strategy and operational transformation as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, turnaround management, private equity portfolio company transformation and acting as trusted advisor to senior leaders. Julian is a certified executive coach.
Per Arne brings thirty-five years of experience as a consultant and line manager in telecommunications, energy and chemical companies including Ericsson and Norsk Hydro. His international experience includes leadership roles in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. As a consultant, he combines a strong results focus with an empathetic approach. Per Arne is also deeply committed to issues of climate change.
Flemming has spent nearly three decades developing management skills, building industrial R&D functions and coordinating large international R&D projects. As founder of the Fenix Executive Ph.D. program and research center in Sweden, he has led management research projects–in change management, industrial R&D management, leadership and socio-technical systems design–for leading companies such as AstraZeneca, Ericsson and Volvo.
Lisa has experiences from complex organizational transformation, both from driving organizational change in a not for profit organization and as a consultant. She is a strong listener and catches the details that really matters. With a fine-tuned communication, she enables teams to progress their own perceptions and connections to each other. She is passionate about leadership development that delivers performance and builds capability at the same time.
Johanna has worked as a management consultant for 15 years, focusing on organizational transformation and strategy. Johanna believes that the best ideas and the power to execute and create outstanding performance do not solely come from top management and has formed her practice to continuously support leaders to unlock the capability, creativity and commitment of the management team, middle managers and all employees.
Sean is an experienced consultant and manager, with more than 25 years experience developing strategy, building effective organizations and managing change. With McKinsey & Company, Sean served clients across sectors including healthcare, transportation and consumer goods. He served as commercial director for Diageo Ireland; director of HR, strategy and IT for United Drug plc; and executive chairman for Medco Health Solutions UK.
Chris is an accomplished line executive and a trusted advisor to CEOs. He spent nearly three decades as a chief executive managing change in finance-related businesses. Chris led three businesses during his 11-year tenure at GE Capital, growing commercial equipment financing into a $40 billion business and quadrupling profits. Previously, he was president and COO of Syska and Hennessey, the nation’s largest engineering firm.
Lindsay’s career has focused on strategy-development, team-building, and problem-solving. At TruePoint, Lindsay is focused on the firm’s operations and practice management. Lindsay started her career as a consultant with McKinsey and Company, she then led the Analytics and Consulting team at Verisk Health, and most recently guided strategy development at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a manager of Corporate Strategy.
Malcolm has 25 years of experience consulting to leading corporations on strategy, performance, organization and IT. As a McKinsey partner, he built and co-led the UK IT practice. As a KPMG partner, he built and led an M&A business advisory practice in the telecoms, media and technology sectors. Malcolm is keenly interested in helping ambitious leadership teams make great strategic decisions and build high-performing organizations.
