our work we define with our clients the
metrics of success. We then monitor and
report progress against these measures throughout
our work as the basis for improving impact
on the specific engagement as well as contributing

Center for High Performance and High Commitment
formalizes and builds community around our
decades of research efforts. TruePoint Center
partners with leaders in industry as well
as with other researchers to develop, document,
and disseminate the latest knowledge about
high performance and high commitment.
TruePoint’s CEO
Roundtables are daylong forums where
TruePoint Center brings together several
chief executives to share experiences and
get feedback from peers on their organizations’
efforts to achieve high performance and
commitment.
Research
& Viewpoints introduces a representative
sampling of TruePoint’s rich body
of research, opinion, and diagnostic tools
— including our books as well as articles
that have appeared in Harvard Business
