TruePoint is structured to provide the
highest value with a very efficient working
approach. We believe that maximizing the
use of the client’s organization and
resources results in the best outcomes — in terms of performance, return on investment,
skill-building, and commitment/ownership.
TruePoint explicitly rejects the traditional
“pyramid model” of consulting,
where one senior partner is supported by
five to 10 junior consultants who do most
of the work and account for most of the
fees. That is because we ask client executives
to lead change. TruePoint has an “inverted
pyramid,” recruiting only very experienced
and accomplished senior consultants and
executives, with only a handful of more
junior associates.
TruePoint typically works with a core three-person
consulting team, supplemented by other Truepoint
Directors and external resources as needed.
