Mike Beer, Chairman of TruePoint Recognized as One of the Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior

Mike Beer, Chairman of TruePoint and Harvard Business School Professor Emeritus, was recognized as one of the top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior by Trust Across America.

Mike has dedicated his career to identifying and spreading knowledge about what it takes to build High Commitment, High Performance organizations. His work has received many recognitions, including the Society for Human Resources Management with their Lifetime Achievement Award; the Academy of Management with its Distinguished Scholar-Practitioner Award, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) with the Distinguished Professional Contributions Award.

Mike’s research-based insights on building great organizations are described in his book, High Commitment, High Performance: How to Build a Resilient Orgnization for Sustained Advantage.   In 2011, he also co-authored Higher Ambition: How Great Leaders Create Economic and Social Value with his TruePoint colleagues Tobias Fredberg, Nathaniel Foote, Flemming Norrgren and Russell Eisenstat.
